Bookings

In the event that Team Wilson football coaching has to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers or illness, parents / guardians will be notified at least 24 hours before the event and a full refund will be issued.

Team Wilson football coaching cannot be held responsible for any injury caused whilst travelling to and from our events, or any injuries which may occur whilst participating in a contact sport such as football. Team Wilson football coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst in attendance on, or travelling to or from one of our events.

Medical Information

Team Wilson football coaching must be made aware by the parent / guardian of any medical condition and/or allergies that their child may have.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place.

At least one Team Wilson football coach, during all session's will hold a current emergency first aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all children to wear shin pads when taking part in a Team Wilson football coaching session.

Film / Photography

Team Wilson football coaching may from time to time take promotional photo / film for promotional literature.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be included in promotional photos / film must make Team Wilson football coaching aware at the time of booking/registration.

Personal Property

Team Wilson football coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Team Wilson football coaching event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.

It is the parent / guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and / or available for their child for the activity provided and for changeable weather conditions.

Liability

In the unlikely event that a child is injured on one of our events, parental consent is given to Team Wilson to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary or to transfer the child to hospital if deemed necessary. In this event, all attempts to contact parents / guardians will be made using the contact numbers provided.

Data Protection

Any personal information provided to Team Wilson football coaching ie, names, addresses etc will be stored in a safe place.

Complaints

In the event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please notify a member of staff at the event or make contact via email at teamwilsonfc@gmail.com and your concern will be dealt with promptly.
